This project represents a full-scale transformation of an undeveloped backyard into a complete, high-end indoor and outdoor living environment. The scope of work included extensive excavation, grading, and installation of a full drainage system, followed by the construction of large-format stone patios with precise layout and elevation control. Custom retaining walls with natural stone veneer were built to create multiple functional levels, along with concrete stair systems and integrated structural elements. The project also featured a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with built-in appliances, a custom fire pit area designed as a central gathering space, and a complete pool area with surrounding hardscape and safety cover. In addition, a custom pavilion structure was constructed and finished to provide covered outdoor living space. Interior work included custom carpentry, built-in cabinetry, and detailed finish work, seamlessly extending the design language from exterior to interior spaces. Every detail — from structural groundwork to final finishes — was executed with precision to ensure durability, functionality, and a cohesive, high-end aesthetic throughout the entire property.
